Welcome to the web presence of Dragonware.
We are ceramic artists. Each piece shown here is individually made out of clay then glazed and fired in our studio in Northern California.
We started our business in 1974 as San Francisco Street Artists. Soon after we got a license to sell in Berkeley on Telegraph Avenue. Over time we branched out to sell at Art Festivals throughout California.
You can also find our work at shops and galleries in various locations in the United States from Hawaii, Mendocino, Catilina Island and Copper Harbor Main.
Recently we have become a steady feature at California Farmers Markets in Marin, Silicon Valley and the East Bay.
Locally we belong to a co-op of ceramic artists called Mankas Potters (At the Clay Station). The shop is nestled in a picturesque rural location at historic Mankas Corner about 45 miles north of San Francisco.
